Since the development is surronding by electrical transmision line , does the transmission line will effect the electrical goods??

eddy…from my experience, my whole family not get any issues on the electrical appliances as we living 10 meters away from the power grid transmission line.

i need some feedback..i’m seriously thinking of buying a corner- unit at suria tropika phase 2..but i get so many negative feedback on ‘living-near-power-lines’
has it been proven..the electromagnetic can cause damage to the health?
and it’s kinda worrying while development is still going on..the indonesian workers temp-quarters are so close to the ready-homes..
any feedback is appreciated. thanks
