I saw their houses which they have already built… it looks good..why do you say the developer is bad..I was thinking of buying their next semi-d new phase project after saffron.

we are one of the buyer of Saffron’s unit and the project is completing without any problem, all are on time.
You should considered it.

Current we stay @ saffron, wld like to comment development workmanship shoddy /poor quality, defects non stop mainly timber flooring buldged up reason advice that timber can’t absorbed water, wondering development to furnished 1 & 2 floor with solid merbau timber, what kind of this Answerer? Lanai area cracked with reason from project manager as per sample house unit, is like that, are u think logis ?
